To become an active spectator by understanding the power of cinematographic language: technical notions to analyse the construction of a film (image, sound, editing) and the effects of form on meaning (frame, connections, soundtrack, etc.).
The festival’s team regularly gives presentations on the festival, its organisation and future programming to students from the department’s secondary schools and audiovisual schools.
Students can also take part in a film analysis course on a film in the themed programme for young audiences.
Pupils can also take part in the festival by taking part in an immersion day with a dedicated course, or during the festival with assignments given by their teachers (reports, film reviews, etc.).
