Terrorism and the Kebab
(Al erhab wal kebab)

A citizen has to go to many governmental departments. He is shocked by the governmental routine and becomes nervous. While he is in the building, a gas bottle explodes and all the employees think the man is a terrorist. He seizes the opportunity to fulfill all his demands. The police force surrounds the building, but the man manages to escape out into the street, unnoticed.
