Rebels of the Neon God

Hsiao Kang suddenly decides not to participate in the college entrance examinations and he goes wandering around the Hsimenting district in downtown Taipei. There he meets Ah Tzi who plays video games all day or rides a heavy motorcycle shouting along the streets. On his motorcycle, Hsiao Kang remembers clearly that Ah Tzi is the same guy who once smashed his father’s taxi with a big padlock.
