Chouga is a woman of 30 years, married, with children, living in Astana, the new capital of Kazakhstan. She is rich and loved. She falls madly in love with an idle young man of means. Swept away by passion, she abandons her husband and children for her lover. This love soon turns out to be a decoy and her infatuation a trap. With no other way out, she commits suicide. Chouga was freely inspired by Leo Tolstoy’s novel, “Anna Karenina”.
