In the framework of “Ayam Beirut Al Cinema’iya”, Beirut DC and le Festival des 3 Continents are organizing, with the support of the audio-visual regional mission of the French Embassy in Lebanon, the Workshop “Produire Au Sud” (Production in the South) between the 12th and the 15th of September 2006. This workshop, conceived by “l’Atelier Produire Au Sud – Festival des 3 Continents de Nantes, France” is aimed at producers and directors who have fictional feature film projects under development. The objective of this event is to get the young producers of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, Iraq and Gulf countries to know and handle the necessary tools to penetrate international markets such as royalties, script advices, the financial aspects, marketing strategies and inter-professional relations in the co-production process with foreign countries.
