Kim Seung-Ho is a miserly farmer. He has made his fortune raising and selling cattle. Under the influence of friends, he takes up gambling and loses everything. Furious, he gets into a huge fight with the gamblers but to no avail. The experience teaches Kim the true value of money, and how it should be properly earned, spent and saved.
