The Festival des 3 Continents is delighted to unveil the poster for its 48th edition, which will take place from 20 to 28 November 2026 in Nantes and the Loire-Atlantique region!
“A diva from Hong Kong. A star from Bombay. The same sense of wonder. Two faces, two worlds, which no map can bring together except that of the cinemas showcased by the Festival des 3 Continents. The festival has always sought to provoke and encourage such encounters. For this 48th edition, the poster embodies this crossroads. It comes in two versions, like two fragments of the same reverie, the same enigma, which will find their echo in the streets of Nantes and on the screens. And you’ll have to come and see them for yourself to discover what unfolds between them.” Jérôme Baron, artistic director of the Festival des 3 Continents.
Once again this year, the poster has been designed by Nantes-based graphic designer Alice Hameau. It brings together two women from two films in the programme:

PAKEEZAH by Kamal AMROHI, 1972
Two female figures, two cinematic traditions, two eras and two worlds that resonate with one another across borders.
This 48th edition will be all about discovery, with numerous world premieres from Africa, Latin America and Asia set to enrich the programme and give the public plenty of reasons to join us in the cinemas.

8 October: Announcement of the main highlights of the programme for this 48th edition; booklets of 20 tickets at a preferential rate go on sale.
