A ticket is valid for one screening in all partner theatres, subject to availability (no reservations). It must be presented at the entrance control. It cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. In case of a sold out screening, it is valid for another screening of the 2021 Festival.
A Pass gives access to an unlimited number of screenings excluding the Ceremonies. It does not give priority access.
Please note: at the Gaumont, it is imperative to go to the cash desk to exchange your place or your voucher for a ticket issued by the cinema.

Passes and tickets purchased online are to be collected at the Central Ticket Office on presentation of a proof of purchase (email) from November 19th 2021 at 2pm.
