ACCREDITATION FORM

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ------------------------------------------------

This accreditation form is strictly reserved to cinema and audiovisual professionals. The return of this form, by email or by mail, doesn't automatically give the right to an accreditation for the applicant.
The Festival will only send an email in case of refusal or request for additional information.

An accreditation will not be delivered in case of incomplete form or lack of photo.

Deadline for submission: November 18, 2009.
After this deadline, any accreditation will be charged 30€.

Note: any accreditation request during the Festival will be delivered within a 24 hour period.

The accreditation will be ready to be collected at the Accreditation & Guest Office, upon presentation of an ID, from Tuesday November 24, 2009 at Espace Cosmopolis/Festival of 3 Continents (6 bis rue Lekain, near the cinema Katorza and the Place Graslin - Opening hours during the Festival: 9:30am-8:00pm).
