Synopsis: An epic narrative, where characters magically appear and disappear sketching the world of three protagonists: Hariharan, a system analyst and a Net hacker known under the nick name of “Net Potato“, his Guru Black magician grandfather, the evil incarnate, Koonjukuttan Nair, and the third vortex created by Ramani, (enchantress) the “invisible” lady with a scar, a vagabond, a liar, streetwalker and a performer seated mostly on a wheel chair with a web portal of her own, who seeks people to come and watch her performance. All pieces of information on black Magic and the essence of information technology world in this film has been inspirted by one thing: the MOTHER! |

Neeraj’Bhasin’s entry into the arts started with his passion for graphic design. After a diploma in Art Book Illustration and a career as a designer, he switched to filmmaking and undertook a diploma course in Direction and Script Writing.
In 2002, he directed and co-produced with Shekar Kapur his first film, My Friend Su, winning several awards including the Fipresci prize at Yamagata.
His recent work has won him The Royal Commonwealth Vision Award twice, and his films have been screened at festivals across the world. He is currently working for Osian’s Connaisseurs of Art in New Delhi, which aims to co-produce, produce high-quality promising cinema. |

Vipin Vijay, 30, studied filmmaking at Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute of India (SRFTI), Calcutta in 2000 and went on to research at the British film Institute, London, U.K, with a Charles Wallace Arts Award.
He received the Hubert Bals Film Fund (2004) from the Rotterdam International Film Festival, for the ongoing project titled The legend of the holy Net potato. His two films have been recently acquired for permanent archiving at the U.S. library of Congress. His last three works have won seven awards and have been shown in festivals at Karlovyvary, Oberhausen, Montreal, Rotterdam etc.. |
